To go with yesterday's post. Not bright smiling faces but I think I actually caught their real eye color with these. Maggie's have more brown in them all the time so I wonder if they'll stay blue or continue to change.

More bedtime cuteness. Maggie and Jayce found the Oobi eyes this evening and we had a whole new bedtime story experience.

Jayce was playing peek-a-boo with my camera after bath. Being the typical almost-4-year-old, he really only wanted me to take pictures of his hiney. :D

I know, I know, another picture of Maggie. I know I need to branch out a bit but I've just been in a funk lately with taking pictures and this is another one from the same little session I did with Maggie yesterday. This is when I was setting up the lights and I just love her little 1/2 smile.

We took the kids to a indoor play place last week that is very sadly closing at the end of this month. The kids had a blast in all the different rooms and not so surprisingly we couldn't get this little diva off the stage.

Another from the zoo this past weekend. I could spend all day just sitting and watching the gorillas. I find their expressions so intriguing and would love to know what's going on inside their heads.

I was playing with taking photos in our kitchen the other day while the kids were eating lunch. One of my goals in 2008 is to learn to really see light and how it shows up in a photo.
And I see that I'm already missing days in 2008... but sometimes a girl needs her sleep more than computer time. :D

And into 2008. I have decided to continue with this little project to the best of my ability. It was really a good experience and I hope to continue to develop my photography skills through this blog.
