Not the Geico gecko

We have these little guys hanging out all around our house this summer and almost every night when we take the dogs out we'll find one on the back door. According to wiki, this is a house gecko - so named because they hang out on houses in search of insects attracted to porch lights.

I love watching all of the primates at the zoo but the chimpanzees are always my favorite. Something about those eyes - they just look so wise and soulful to me.

The chase is on

I think she would follow him to the end of the earth. This was taken this evening about 8:30 so it was rather dark and there is a lot of motion blur. I love the swish of her skirt and the movement of her hands - both very, very Maggie.
